What world does this guy live in? Full embargo is not going to happen and he says so himself. As for the ship, its replacement was being built before its destruction…cleanup costs will be more now assuming that takes place.
I wonder whose side he’s on now. He appears to be a one man island in a storm, willing to sell his flag to the highest bidder.
