So why did many States legalize pot? Tax money and more control and tracking of people.
When you buy pot you need to provide your license and entered into the forever cloud. I wonder if that’s why sunny Colorado isn’t as sunny as it used to be. And why my backyard creek is now a river the past 9 days. It’s a 50 year high run off this year. We had to go fill sand bags to put around the propane tank. It’s finally peaking today, thank goodness. Two years ago it was forest fires. Poor animals.

Oh, you can be sure that the State, or at least the Governor as well as the intel agencies are making money off the street sales. They’re just shifting bank accounts etc.
