Radium, anymore uses?

It was 1927 Eben Byers had a persistent pain from an injury.

His doctor prescribed the safe and effective Radithor. He took ~1400 individual doses 1927–1930.

The side effects began, and his lower jaw was removed.

Radithor is made of Radium and of course triple distilled water.

“Want that glowing skin look, get doctor recommended radium cream”

For most of the 1930s radium was used in some cosmetics because it was believed that it promised healthy youthful skin.
