In my meanderings on the internet I read that Russia is dominant in geological warfare like creating earthquakes, China in biological warfare and USA in weather warefare. True or not, it does resemble a certain symmetry. Each can deter one another and or cooperate. Pretty much what one is seeing in the word for a decade or so.
I do wonder, if true, where this symmetry came from? Is it natural or cosmological intelligent induced?

I have no claims to verify. But around four decades ago, a friend married a man who was a weather specialist. His claim was that Russia could control the weather and apparently did. She seemed to take him very seriously. But maybe he was just crazy. Who knows.
… Tesla’s Earthquake Machine? … totally unnecessary as the Vogon’s are well on their way to take care of business as we were told in The Hitchhiker’s Guide. The Vogon’s method takes only 2 minutes whereas ours is much too drawn out and messy as per our classification “Mostly Harmless”.
Earth is demolished by a Vogon constructor to make way for a hyperspace bypass. The demolition, announced on Alpha Centauri 50 years prior, takes less than two minutes. The planet was actually a massive, 10-million-year-old computer built by mice to find the “Question to the Ultimate Answer of Life, the Universe, and Everything”
We should also not forget Marvin the Martian and his Illudium PU-36 Explosive Space Modulator, a dynamite-shaped device used to destroy the Earth.

AND who is in charge pf this weather warfare?
Do they ransome? For oil? For Money? For geopolitics? [exopolitics?]
To demonstrate to ALL parties in the Middle East.
Do this; or, be flooded and/or blown away?
Would China and/or Russia counter such technology?
The “weather forcast” as a warning.
Rather than call? The someone fold?
Hard to say.
But the weather card is being played.
AND becoming more “publically” known.
In the end, it is looking like governments are joining together.
To keep the public at bay.
The math is looking bad, under bad leadership.
Someone has to pay for the stupid and fearless leadership.
Perhaps billions?
Engineered famine?
Prune the populations, down the manageable cannon-fodder?
