While in practice, I noted the extremely frequent use of laxatives by boomers. Refined foods and sedentary lifestyles produce extremely infrequent bowel movements, and host of problems of blood toxemia.

Also among Boomers is too much coffee & tea and not enough water. Dehydration is ugly bidnis.
Younger people use them to lose weight.

Funny that it is in the Dredge report!

What does Dredge say?

I don’t know, I didn’t read it. I was just struck by Dredge having an article about bowel habits. It’s my weird sense of humor, as in Dredging the bowels…

LOL! I hear ya. It’s not funny when one has to deal with it though.
I’m caregiver to a couple of people in my apt. complex and it can be challenging.

You are one busy lady! I’d love to have even 1/4 of your energy. And hats off to you for finding time to be a caregiver as well.

As you get older, you need to keep as busy as possible else there’s lots of deterioration in most every area of life. I’m very fortunate and I’m very grateful. That being said, my apt. is a disaster! LOL! My cat would be very upset if I cleaned up his obstacle course.

Bananas cause constipation.
So said a doctor, I overheard the other day, when I was visiting a patient.

I suspect there’s other kinds of monkey business; at the bottom of what these sh**s are causing.
Sorry, but I couldn’t find a more appropriate word for those that are experimenting with the masses.

Excessive bowel movements can seriously impact your electrolyte balance. When constipated, endotoxins and fecal matter can enter your bloodstream, potentially leading to various autoimmune conditions, even up to HIV. On the other hand, overly frequent bowel movements, often seen in alcoholics, can result in vitamins being lost in waste and excrement, causing malnutrition as well as heart, liver, and kidney diseases.
