My thinking has changed a bit on the subject. It is sorta like the rotation of the Earth, which has a slight ‘wobble’ effect. Also the magnetic 'poles have shifted a little bit. So, in order to assert a convincing lie, or to make it believable there needs to be some Truth in the ‘story-line’.
