Oh those and any number of experimental concoctions “scientists” can drum up in their laboratories to “Make America ‘Healthy’ Again!” Or see what happens when certain artificial ingredients no longer consumed affects a human body and vice versa. 
If they pass a privacy law that allows consumers to opt out of anyone having access to the data, I would be willing to use one for my own information, as long as I believe the data is actually private to me.
As soon as that device is on your body, the data is in hundreds if not thousands of hands already.
Good luck with that. It’s in the department of “the device is innocuous and may even be helpful,” but the amorality & sociopathy of the people with access to the data makes it highly unlikely it would ever remain private.
