Yeah the universities have had ten years to train and graduate dissatisfied students on the use and meaning of the Smith-Mundt Act.
It’s to the point now reading the articles meant for mass consumption almost makes me up chuck and groan. So now I have a weak stomach and can’t tolerate reading that stuff.
