Appreciate you posting this. Will watch sources carefully but, do not consider Twitter to be reliable but; you know we’re all eyes-on this.
Even if RT releases this type of info, I MIGHT BEGIN to believe it but, thus far…No; & even then, CONFIRMATION from better, reliable sources is needed.
And what is it that you expect the russian MOD to say? That everything is hunky dory. Not in this lifetime. ANYTHING that comes out of there from them is suspect at this point.
