This is still actual, I think…I have read recently that Musk and Trump may be in a hurry in Ukraine with the peace negotiations, because Scandium deposits will fall in Putin hands soon. The guy says that you need Scandium for advanced military applications, such as rockets or fighters, even thinking that Musk need it for his race to Mars:
