Life on Earth has come to this? Using our accumulated knowledge to kill and maim our own. I suppose the battle field is as good as any laboratory to test the efficacy of ideas, just as injecting billions with a mysterious solution.

Agree. We are being fed a barrage of positive and negative stories on the use and benefits of technology to seed acceptable solutions of its use, which in the long run plays into acceptance of technocracy.

No, I am referring to the plethora of information thrown our way by all media outlets. We are being drowned in technological references.

If it was a report from someone like Patrick Lancaster who, while he has been embedded with Russian troops, is never afraid to explain anything that is unjustifiable or unfair be it Ukrainian or Russian.
Medics can be trained to operate drones which is not to excuse war crimes. The ethos of the battlefield is substantially different.
When I read “Russia”; I substitute “The Ukraine”.
Just so, it makes more sense.
Of course, evil rarely makes any sense.
