… Not just Scotland … USSA WTF is wrong with us? … there will come a time here as well. Sooner than most of us think … there will have to be a precipitating incident … one possible person of interest for the precipitating incident might be one Abdul Jalloh. 30 arrests, time and time again he is released back out on the street, charges dropped, not put down or even placed in jail, then he stabbed a woman to death at a bus stop. She was standing at a bus stop. Not only Jalloh … anyone in the system connected to any reason that he was not below ground and out on the street should be … well, you know … along with him.
If this person was evaluated as “low or no risk” doesn’t this totally invalidate any argument that anyone in the system connected with this evaluation at any point should NOT be in a position to make such evaluations?

… Again, it seems that much more training is required all across the USSA in the evaluation of reoffend risk. Geee, this individual has committed several violent crimes before I wonder if he/she/it will commit more violent crimes. Duh!
Violent Criminals that are put down do not kill more people. In fact studies show that they have 0% possibility of doing so.
We must regain our sense of self preservation … although I fear it is too late.
