Makes sense the Council on Foreign Relations would be the executive branch of all the skull drudgery world wide…they have access to all the assets necessary to pull off and plan almost any ‘operation’.
Not too many people tie in the CIA’s creation with the CFR and its corollary in the UK, the RIIA. Both have ties back to the Cecil Rhodes’ Round Table group and Milner, etc.

The CFR picked at least, Obama’s cabinet, that we know from leaked documents, but most likely pulls the strings and dictates foreign policy to the puppet president, our Commander in Chief. This is the same “executive capture” method used in all countries and goes back in history. Look at the Pirate Queen of England, and the East India company, operating much as the Phoenicians would have in the ancient world. The US is used as its strong arm due to our military superiority, the result of breaking away from this cadre of serpents with the founding fore fathers.
