… Sadly, I am quite sure that the first is true and am tempted to believe the second is as well.
Col. Z while not sure of your age I am old enough to remember sitting in Sunday school (should have been called Bible study as Sunday school was actually quite another thing … anyway …) on more than one occasion being asked to give our pennies, nickels and dimes for projects to provide water wells for our brothers and sisters in Africa. All these years later I still see fundraising efforts for similar projects. As this was a denomination wide event, one has to wonder (with apologies to David Hatcher Childress) what happened to all that pocket change.

Thanks to The Sunday School Crowd we had some of our American Cowboys go to Israel so they could “help” God’s People!! If that isn’t a sign of brainwashing, I don’t know what is?!!!
