Fed can buy stocks to lift the market but not every cause of market movements is in their control. They are puppets to the same forces as us.
I don’t think HAARP or Federal Reserve can effect solar storms? Or I am not up to date on just how powerful HAARP really is??
Ray Tomes, Foundation of Cycles, measured the rhythm of solar storms at around 154 days.
A good solar storm can be really destructive and blow submarines up, take grids off line and do all sorts of funky thinks. Those are about 17 years apart.

I am not so sure. Tidal forces are more useful for me to track. Some guys track the sun spots.

After a superficial reading of the phenomena. It actually sounds reasonable. But not as a timing mechanism in the stock market. But who knows. I’m open.
