I can’t speak to DMSO but I use NaCLO2, better known as bleach very succesfull for all sorts of things. In a world that screams science & conspiracy at every corner, one has to experiment en see what works for you. I know people who use DMSO succesfully. Health industry is nothing but an extraction model where one has to piece together what works and what not on an individual level. What works for multitudes can be helpfull but is no gospel.
I am in europe and with the nutbars running it, scarcety has become a serious factor. A lot of “grandmothers wisdom” is returning out of necesaty. The raw materials to produce things that one could buy yesterday just isn’t there anymore. It is most visible in “cleaning materials” which has led to many publications inserting how to make your own! Vinegar and bicarbonate is back big time!
The reason snowy roads are in europe a big problem today is due to absence of salt. Will they tell you that outright, ofcourse not! Can I buy salt to keep my sidewalk icefree, no! Am I obligated by law to keep it icefree, yes!
