Woodrow Wilson, one of the worst U.S.Presidents - if not THE worst.
Article shows him not only as an early TECHNOCRAT, but an EXTREME TECHNOCRAT!
Administraion as a technical tool for removing accountable government.
To replace it with administrative technocrats.
Although there were heavy Marxist leanings; by the 20th-Worst Century,
technology was assuredly removing labor - via AI - from the forming control-grid.
Technocracy is now removing the collective memory with Orwell’s Double Think.
AND
The Ghost in the Machine, now has the government’s digital ID.

I appreciate her commentary about “Critical Theory” (and also her thoughts about the Chinese-German “long march through the institutions”):
Developed by the Frankfurt School in the 1930s and 1940s, it shifted Marxism from a strict economic focus to a critique of culture, media, and modern society. Critical Theory was a different way of looking at philosophy; where philosophy was a search for truth – trying to explain phenomena and things that were not easily proven by science (ethics for example) – Critical Theory shifted to look at philosophy specifically through the lens of Marxism. It became no longer a search for truth but a means of propagandizing, which some would argue was a betrayal of philosophy.

The idea was that instead of pursuing a frontal revolutionary confrontation with the state, radicals should embed themselves inside existing institutions and overtake them from within over time.

The kind of speeches given there were rather eye-opening, and demonstrate the sobering results of “Critical Theory” and the “long march through the institutions”:
It seems that anyone whose agenda falls under the umbrella of “Critical Theory” does not feel any need to abide by recent hate speech laws recently passed in Canada. The police were nowhere to be found… No Hate Speech arrests there…
