Kind of suggests mens rea, or at least negligence, no? Not that anyone paying attention didn’t already strongly suspect as much.
I saw a video of him in a conference call with his colleagues where he stated that PCR tests with more than 30-something (I forget the number) cycles are basically useless.
The whole thing has been an in-your-face theater of absurdity, lies, corruption, and coercion from the beginning.
