These recent moves in variety of states on CDBC in USA , to me signify one thing. America will not be captured by BIS again. It does not preclude from accepting local or regional banks electronic money, whatever the name they going to have.
Basically, Rothchilds will have to build their network here on American soil from the beginning.
No wonder that entire British royal family is sick. What a headache for them. All the plans since Andrew Jackson are falling apart right in the front of their eyes.
