"Sovereign citizen" arrested while trying to enter Trumps California ralley with guns and passports

“It’s me again Margaret” (Ray Stevens for the uninitiated)

First we have Florida and now California… Suspect allegedly had a pistol and shotgun with
multiple boxes of bullets and many fake passports and I.D…Aren’t guns illegal in California?
Do sovereign citizens even use passports? So many questions…

This makes at least three attempts. Probably more if you count the alleged mechanical failures on his plane and that second debate being three-on-one  That record is gonna be hard to beat.

Shotgun and a pistol for those that care. Vehicle not registered, etc. Let the speculations begin…

I have serious doubts about a ‘3rd attempt’. Part of a plan to destroy anyone and everyone who believes in The Constitution and is ready to defend it.

All in a law enforcement day’s work, lots of entries and reports to make showing they did something that day…here come the lawyers for their share of funds.

The guy was clearly not thinking clearly or more likely was a scoff-law (sovereign citizen type). Carrying a high capacity magazine (loaded) pistol in CA alone says that - even locked in the trunk. McClure Volker firearms act of 1986 clearly describes the conditions you can transport in any state and loaded isn’t covered. Must be in a locked (not just in the trunk) container not easily available to the operator, with ammo stored separately. In NV or AZ any most other states he would have been OK. CA law generally follows the US rules. But he didn’t.

My usual question, who’s his handler?

Yeah he admitted his unbalanced body chemistry was effecting his ability to rationalize, like thinking he was an elite or a sovereign (king?) thus above the law and the 2nd Amendment has no restrictions. Very possibly an arranged incident or a least a warning to those who have ideas like his…
If the feds refused to get involved for the interrogation process evidently they caught on to the arresting officer’s over zealous actions and grandstanding. Unfortunately like most any group, they will cover for the group members unless it jeopardizes them.
