(DOD “reported expenditure” on Neuro research in 2011- 350 million, more than likely closer to 1 billion - with a b.)

… unfortunately this is only the tip of the iceberg.

Scarmoge are you flipping kidding me! Is this SPARS an OP or can you accurately find paper references that this information was actually documented in 2017. If this is real the ramifications are staggering! Why would these folks be studying how to mitigate the effects of a mass genocide with seemingly precise accounts of what has occurred before it occurred! Are we looking at time travel or premeditated murder.

Didn’t read it all, just a skim planned so carefully. The thing is that with the DNA “they” are collecting, this individualized experimentation is not only possible, but also probable - IMO. Also, DJ & CAF’s interview is fresh in my mind. One more thing “Revelation of Method.” Did I say just starting Transhumanism? The pieces just keep fitting.

There may not have ever been a time where the Spiritual Gifts are more in play - not talking about Steiner. It’s going to be a bumpy road.
