Make it simple.
Corporations have to follow the laws expressed w/in the U.S. Constitution; especially,
The Bill of Rights.
Forget Stakeholder Capitalism.
All you have to do, is follow and ENFORCE the laws that are on the books.
Second, Get rid of: Citizens United !!!
