I’ve been a member of the Rosicrucian website out of Dallas for several years. Interesting stuff.

I’d exercise caution dabbling in such things, maybe pray for guidance, see if God is okay with it.

My sentiment exactly uintatom, careful, mostly for a state of your eternal life when dabbling in this kind of esoterica. F. M. Martin, used to talk about so called “middle plateau”, as of the playground/ battlefield of lots of godly and ungodly creatures, and how dangerous it can be to the state of one’s soul and mind.

Clairvoyance, sixth sense, intuition, or whatever one wants to call it is an original gift of God, IMO. It’s meant to protect us, to warn us, etc. Of course, it will be abused like every thing else.

Agree. Our sixth sense is there to assist and guide, not control us. Paying attention is tantamount to being aware of one’s environment.

Many years ago I had a premonition after a client gave me local bus tickets for my teenage son to use. He was old enough to handle this responsibility though he’d never traveled throughout the large city (Houston) this way. Before I gave them to him I had this talk in my mind of what could happen and what I needed to be prepared for. As in he could get lost. But here’s how it will happen. And here’s what you tell him to do about it. From the conversation happening I knew where he would be and knew how to tell him to correct it. The day he used them for the first time, late, I got a phone call at work. “I’m downtown and I’m lost.” He was in tears. I almost went that way Until I remembered the conversation that I had with myself. I mentally kicked myself and told him there was a logical solution to his problem. The tears stopped. He followed that solution, I picked him up at the park and ride no worse for wear after I got off work. I’m thankful for that conversation.
