Someone pointed out the creepy coincidence of a very similar technology observed over California with launch of:

SpaceX Falcon 9 Rocket Launch from Vandenberg AFB ~ 10-7-18

Why would Space X launch from one of our military bases if it is not a weapon?

They are both very similar I would say. Looks like a nebula too. It also appears as a vacuum. Thanks for sharing @Dooderonomy !
