As one commenter said, it could be a line tool but I’ve never heard one that loud, not even the largest that I know of. Given the technology advances, it could be. The reason I said it could be seismic is due to the experience told to me by others who’ve endured either big quakes, or, had quakes strike a couple hundred miles away days afterward.

It IS the sound of a forbidden planet … that being Saturn
Seems that both sounds are the same. The Australian one even has the Saturn beeps in the background. It appears that someone has superimposed the Saturn recording onto the Australian clip. Well spotted Freefall👍🏻
