Looks to dovetail w/their no “fossil” fuel policy.
A wicked policy; not at all good for any one. Except a tiny insignificant few.
But those few, move puppet strings.
The next 30 years, Houston is on top.
Also, those bad policies are running quite well, on disaster capitalism

The threat of a drone strike will effect insurance rates on tankers. Read an article about the prohibition of issuing insurance policies for Russian tankers will begin in December…um any connection?
