China has thousands of “pots” on the Tibetan Plateau sending, is it silver oxide, into the atmosphere? It’s supposed to mix with moisture from the Indian Ocean to produce rain in China. That’s,I’m sure, older outdated tech at this point.

In Chinese, inflection is everything with a word having multiple meanings. Dao can also mean sword but the pictogram for the word would be different. I suppose they have to keep up with latest tech and emulate our VLA (very large array.) This is especially true since all our military secrets are just handed off or sold to Russia/China.
Weaponize the SUN?
Solar flares and/or coronal mass ejections targeting specific geological targets?
Why not, even other planets being targeted?
Would Saturn take note?
Or, have “they” already?
Could they throw a monkey-wrench in the solar works,
and burn whose ever playing with “their” solar fire[s]?

Yes, I have been but for whatever reason the link and your blog today, really tied it all up for me and made the ol’ cranial lightbulb switch on its high beam!
One very literal transliteration of DaoQeng[ Tao Cheng] would be “Straight Track”. This might remind you of the title of a certain old British book. The implications are, well… stellar.
Sadly, it was not named DaoLi, which might have meant " proper track"…

Still trying to assimilate what I’ve been reading in your books… and trying to make sense of what’s going on around us…
In one of your books, I think I had read something about Nazi’s having gone to Tibet, and brought back a few Tibetan monks to help them interpret old texts? And these monks were then found dead? (My apologies, I just can’t remember the particular book in which I think I read that, and the details about what I read about that incident are now hazy in my mind… Trying to find that paragraph in the stack of books, without being able to consult an index, is a bit challenging for me…)
My haziness about those details (about what the Nazis were doing in Tibet with those monks) aside, could any of this, what’s going on in Tibet with China, re: the high tech weather modification system, Chinese occupation of Tibet, etc., have any connection with what the Nazis were doing there, including their capture of the monks that were then killed?

The Bhagavad Gita and the Vedas were a collection of works, written in Sanskrit, along with some artwork that dealt with the Art of Warfare. Heinrich Himmler, who was one of A. Hitler’s trusted lieutenants was sent on a long, and arduous mission / expedition into the mountains of Tibet to a monastery where there was known to be at least 2 copies of the Bhagavad Gita. As the story goes, these were used by the bad guys to justify the genocide of the ‘Untermensch’ - the so-called subhuman races. Sidenote: of course, we are all too well aware of how one group of folks have sort of ‘hijacked’ the atrocities committed by the followers of A Hitler, and many other ‘bad guys’ but the whole story would also include Gypsie’s, Slav’s, and several other ethnic groups.
The infamous Nazi regime had some connection to India and Hinduism. A detail most folks still do not understand or will not accept is why Hitler adopted one of the most prominent symbols from ancient India for his own use, the swastika. Next what almost everyone fails to understand, comprehend, and will overlook because of — fill in the reason here — is the swastika symbol can either be represented by a left-handed ‘spin’, or a right-handed ‘spin’, which means it represents either good or evil depending on how its ‘spin’ is displayed. I leave it up to others to decide which ‘spin’ the NAZIs choose, and the reasons why.
So, the short answer to your query it appears to have no link to the occupation of Tibet, weather modification, or any number of other things. Questions in my mind are where is the Bhagavad Gita that was taken to Germany, and who is studying it now?
Since my research on this goes back many. many years, and many computers ago the foregoing is from memory, and you should continue your own research.

Heinrich Himmler did NOT travel to Tibet, ever. Rather, he as Reichsfuehrer SS, sponsored personally the SS Expedition to Tibet in late 1938-1938. The text which they were seeking (and obtained) was the Tibetan Kang Shuur, though I’ve no doubt that also wanted the Vedic texts. The Kang Shuur text WAS taken to Germany, and I strongly suspect, translated, since there are rumors since the war that at the end of the war the Russians discovered the bodies of several Tibetan monks who had committed suicide. There is only only ultimate source for that story, however, and it is uncorroborated. All this information is referred to in my books.
