“People who think they’re free in this world just haven’t come to the end of their leash yet. You will have no sensation of a leash around your neck if you sit by the peg. It is only when you stray that you feel the restraining tug”-(Michael Parenti)
Yes.All true to the letter. After death we just don’t know yet…we are like living. In a way,of some sort.
In fact, what we call life, or living, is nothing more than a slow death. In fact, from the moment we are born, we begin to die. So death is life and vice versa.
Just some thoughts that are ilusions…
…life is but a dream…

As the poet puts it:
We are born into death.
Yes.
Infact dream is but a life…
.if i may add.
Row, row, row, your boat…
Gently down the stream…
Merily, merily, merily, merily…
Life is but a dream.
Looks like he stayed in character…
Johnny Stecchino!
One of the best comedies?
USSA release 1982.
If you haven’t seen it; you should.
[it’s free on youtube]
99% of movies are comedies.
Although, there’s a scene that; off camera, is tragic.
Much worse is happening today.
AND, if you talk/write about it.
It’s a comedy; if it finds the light of day.
In other words, the reality of today; is tragic, off camera.
Correctly stated by you.
But that’s not the point of this scene.
The point is different and much more important.
The point is this:
Even though you are suffering, even though you are mortally afraid, even though you are on the verge of death, when your eyes meet with a child in those and such moments, convey to him what is in your soul, do not convey to him the pain, suffering or mortal fear…when you meet him on the street for example
Some of the writers now, whether Dostoevsky or I don’t know who it was, some other philosopher or writer, says the same thing literally.
If you convey to him your pain, suffering, fear when your eyes meet with the child, you convey to him your demons.
You curse him for life. The demons pass on to him. And he will suffer from them.
Instead, show who you are the best of you. Even if you have to act. If you suffer, smile at him, make a joke…etc.
Context is everything.
How fortuitous, I was at 1:01:20 clicks into Johnny Sticchino.
It’s where the two realities collide in a comedy of mistaken identies.
One reality and another; side by side, as one - yet in different context!
Multiple univesres, as one; where everything is, context!
No it is not.
360 degree awareness of the surroundings is everything.
In Japanese ninja, or shinobi martial arts, it is called haragei, or haragi.
But although some people do possess ,or develop such a skill, or awareness…
How they use it in everyday life depends…on them alone…
Some knowledge is dangerous.
There are doors to other realities/one dare not open.
For there is no undoing/what is done.
Some truths/not worth knowing.
What about 361 degrees?
I meant spherical 360 degrees. In all possible directions.
361 or 362 degrees here does not change anything.
Haragi, haragei is certainly much more and a more general skill or sensitivity in the original.
In the West it is now fashionable to call it that.
Especially those who train for special forces.
Although it is only a small part of haragi.
But they are of the opinion, at least for the moment, that it is actually haragi.
But it is not…it is much more…so…let them think what they want…
Hint: Haragi also includes never sleeping, just resting…etc…
