Typical leftist tactics, ignore the constitutional process and do as thy will. The EU has been dominated by communist ideology for quite some time without any push back. Implementation was gradual and effective over time, insurrection isn’t always overt. Infiltration of groups is much easier.
Good that the same tactics are being used by “good guys”.

For all Westerners not familiar with Polish government.
Constitutional Tribunal is a entity separate from Supreme Court. It was established at the height of the fight between old soviet order and new budding democracy during Martial Law era of 1981-83. My suspicions that it was meant to wreck havoc between three branches of government.
To me, it is a Trojan horse that is a tool of our neighbors. Both Russia and Germany are cheering up at this destabilization happening right now. They actually most likely coordinate their crawling coup.

Germany wants Polish currency replaced with euro and has an appetite for Polish gold reserves.
Russian wants for the world to see how unstable governance in Poland is, and have a pretext not to accept Poland to the G20 club.
Unfortunately Polish PM:Tusk is a traitor. Most likely on a payroll of Berlin and Kremlin.

Tusk, like many EU prime ministers now, has not actually contested or been elected by a population, as the national political leader. Most have been appointed by largest party selecting same. Same in Ireland where there is an added twist that the Prime Minister (Taoiseach)role is rotated between two parties in coalition. Neither of which party was in a majority and in fact were less than the largest party in terms of seats won.
