Some folks go to Mexico for less expensive dental work, evidently Colombia was deemed cheaper and more fun. Puerto Rico doesn’t require a past port for American citizens…free publicity.

Per his Wikipedia page he had a drug problem at an early age and was sent by his parents to a “special school” in Utah for troubled youths. They even list him as a famous attendee.

I did not read all the comments, but as I hear my cat (semi feral) scratching on the door to get in and my dog snoozing o the sofa, it seems to be that salvation may lie in our pets.
Why is Utah related education popping up all the time now?
Perhaps between the educational system and the Mormon religious indoctrination Utah is a hot spot for programming and deprogramming the human psyche and for “nature’s cure”?
