The Egyptian Army has reportedly Deployed several Elements of 4th Armoured Division of the 3rd Field Army, consisting of upwards of 40 M1A1 “Abrams” and M60A3 “Patton” Main Battle Tanks as well as YPR-765 Infantry Fighting Vehicles recently towards the Border between Egypt and the Gaza Strip; this Deployment is likely to provide Extra Border Security for the eventual Israeli Ground Operation into the Southern Gaza Strip and the City of Rafah, which could cause a Surge in Palestinian Refugees towards Egypt.
