Especially for English speakers, this is a must see film if you haven’t seen it already. The actors are top notch & I urge you to pay special attn to Colin Firth’s character (Martin Luther, atty) whose notes were found & on which this film is based.
Laws MUST be changed in order for such actions to take place & notice the verbal pressure (thlipsis [gr.]) used to do that. It took less than 2 hours to accomplish those changes. This is why I urge everyone to read legislation; laws are being changed right in front of us!
Thilpsis (FLIP’ sis) - “Pressure” This is the Greek word translated in The Bible as “tribulation”. An ancient form of physical torture, this word is also used to describe other forms of coercion. “In the world there will be tribulation…” - John 16:33.
Perhaps The Tribulation isn’t exactly as many have pictured it? Just a thought…
