I ain’t taking a position here other than the contents doesn’t seem to represent the sum total of the writings of the founders.
this is advocacy, Scott Adams level persuasion, not a historic document on what the founders thought.
Secondly, this dude who wrote the book Grant was eugenicist and the author of The Passing of the Great Race (1916).

So if you want to force people to be sterilized and put out to pasture because only their race, then this is the book for you.
How about we deport everyone, despite race, religion, sex with an IQ below 150?
That would clean up alot of stuff.
