Further to the theme of “meltdown of commercial real estate” —

Investigative Canadian Journalist Trish Wood recently gave a personal and vivid perspective of what was going on in Real Estate in Toronto (with the ugly high rise residential human cages being built everywhere, that no one can even afford, and the dearth of demand for these things, and the talk of government bailouts). While she talked about Toronto, all the details she mentioned seemed to mirror those of what we are witnessing here in Victoria.

In the same podcast, she then talks with Col. Macgregor about war, and included a couple of disturbing “Gaza settler” videos as well.
