At least they have some humility since the article begins with this statement, âSpace is a big place and there is more we donât know about whatâs going on out there than things we do know.â The same could be said about Earth, its origins, and all the strange events that have happened in the past, and are still going on these days.
so its either a neutron star, which they canât see, or a black hole, which they canât see. i think i lost it somewhere when i was a nebulo.
it reminds me of a classic:
A crab makes it up in a creek, and gets into a âcul-de-sacâ village up high in the mountains. A little boy somehow catches it and happily takes his prey to the grown-ups to brag.
Nobody ever seen a crab before and they mull over itâs existence and what it could be. When they are not able to identify the creature, they call for Ole John, who wandered in his youth, even went to the City before. Ole John examines the crab, from right to the left, up and down, scracthes his beard, then concludes:
âIt is either something or it goes somewhere.â
