The Susan Rice and Airman Jack Connection

Our Reading and Legislation Group had a brief Zoom meeting on Friday and in discussing the airman who allegedly leaked the documents, as usual, we took it up the line. Who was ultimately in charge of that ‘area’ (and many others)? Susan Rice. At the time, we all discussed 4 possibilities that are still valid today.

Remember that the person collecting the handouts and notes in the briefings, the Officer-In-Charge (OIC), had to at least have stripes; an airman would not be allowed to gather the documents. That OIC is directly responsible for the destruction of the documents and must sign off on it. As one member pointed out, things get pretty slack in those administrative offices, therefore, if, IF there was an actual leak, 1 of these 4 scenarios applies.

  1. The OIC is the leaker and posed as Airman Jack (AJ) on Discord.
  2. The OIC and Airman Jack were working together. OIC gave AJ the docs and AJ put them out on Discord.
  3. The OIC gathered the docs, gave them to AJ and told AJ to destroy them (happens a lot). AJ put them out on Discord and is the lone leaker.
  4. The OIC gathered the docs, gave them to AJ, told AJ to destroy them and AJ put them on the back of his desk (or, left them on front desk), went to the bathroom, or, to lunch and someone else riffled through them, took what they wanted and posing as AJ, put them out on Discord.

Any other possibilities we could think of ultimately fit into one of these four categories.

A 25-year Veteran member of Our Group advised that such a breach of procedures by OIC is not only punishable with a Dishonorable Discharge but, qualifies as an offense due a court martial.

Before you think it’s not possible that OIC or AJ would be so slack with these docs, recall The Wannsee Conference. I will let Dr. JPF chime in on this but, as far as I can find out, Heydrich had assigned Eichmann to oversee the gathering and destruction of all the documentation; printed materials, notes, anything with writing on it. Oopsie, Eichmann didn’t account for one of them and that’s how the actual proceedings of that Conference were found out. I’ve no doubt The Allies probably knew there was a Conference but, an actual printed copy with notes on it was a real prize. If The Efficient Eichmann can screw up, anyone can screw up.

Our Group is strongly considering #4 because of the utter incompetence and embarrassment for Rice and ultimately, Biden’s Administration. The timing of all this is most interesting as well. The real conundrum is, IF there really was an unintentional leak and #4 is true, have they actually found the leaker, or, are they still frantically searching for her or him?

But wait, there’s more. This afternoon, one of Our Members sent me this email. Not a fan of his advice really but, Jim Rickards said something similar.

" There’s No Way the Top-Secret Leaker Could Have Acted Without Help

In the aftermath of the leak of TOP SECRET information showing how the government has consistently lied to the American people about progress in the War in Ukraine, the FBI arrested a Massachusetts Air National Guardsman named Jack Teixeira and accused him of being the leaker. We’ll let justice take its course in that case. Still, it’s difficult to believe that Teixeira acted alone or even that he was the prime mover in this leak. The information contained in the leak was not just TOP SECRET but was the most sensitive information held in the entire intelligence community. The damage done went far beyond the content (although that was extremely damaging). The leak also potentially revealed sources and methods. Some of the information might only have come through certain channels, which points a finger at individuals in those channels who might have provided the information in the first place. This compromises those spies and could lead to their torture and death. The information made it clear that Ukraine is losing the war, is almost out of ammunition, and is suffering a casualty ratio of 7 Ukrainians killed for every Russian killed – an impossible ratio to withstand much longer. For those reasons and more, this is not the kind of information that is casually tossed around even inside TOP SECRET channels as reported in this article. Having a TOP SECRET (TS) security clearance is just the beginning of your ability to access information. I know this from my own experience having had the highest-level clearances. Beyond TOP SECRET, there are numerous intelligence channels such as signals intelligence, satellite intelligence, human intelligence, etc. all of which have to be approved separately alongside the TS approval. Even at that point, you have to demonstrate a “need to know.” You can’t just roam around the intelligence archives at will. Your need to know is signed off by a security officer who looks at your background in relation to the information you are requesting and decides if your request is relevant. Beyond that, if the information requested is maintained by a particular program (such as “Persia House,” which ran collections about Iran) you may have to be “read in” to the program by a security officer or program director attached to that program. Virtually none of these steps would have been permitted to a low-level Air National Guardsman. Even if his job was technical (which might have allowed work on systems with highly sensitive information), that information would have been walled off in the course of technical repair and configuration work. In short, this case is far from over. Others must have been involved and there’s a need to identify those others and assess their motivations and hidden agendas. It seems likely that the information was passed to Teixeira by someone much higher up in the intelligence community. The ultimate leaker was probably a senior military official who knows Ukraine has lost the war. The motivation would have been to clear the military of responsibility and point a finger at the warmongers in the State Department and White House who are the parties most responsible for this fiasco. That would include Victoria Nuland, Jake Sullivan, Tony Blinken, and Susan Rice. (It’s hard to blame Biden because he’s non-compos mentis). The war is not over but Ukraine’s defeat is in sight. The fighting inside the Beltway has just begun."
