Back in 2004 its was already planned. Both the war in Ukraine and in the levant. They were to occur simultaniously.
Even the two opposing blocks were outlined way back then in 2003.

No. They have their own seperate program. Next read on my list is the cosmic war book. But clearly the Russians have as a goal the restoring of the ancient tech.

And, of course. The document outlines the same procedure the Russians have used in their “closed loop” nuclear reactors which are more efficient and do not create anywhere near the waste.
