I have a Creationist Friend who states that it will never be found because the timbers were used for construction after The Flood?! I guess we can each believe whatever we choose, that seems to be how this construct works!!

I can’t imagine wood not breaking down over that period of time.

I’m leaning toward the DNA sample on an ark that went into space (moon?) idea. No way all the species of the earth would fit on even the largest boat. And think of the mess…and food for that period for all of them. Silly story.

So how did the earth get re-populated from this DNA ‘ark’? Maybe there were tech centers where DNA got turned into breeding populations then released into the wild. Something like the center at Gobleki Tepi perhaps?
