These are not steps. They are agricultural terraces at Ollantaytambo, Peru. The Inca used them to experiment with a variety of crops. This meme refuses to die.

Diver finds mysterious giant helmet under the sea

The “Great Wall of Peru.” There is a wall (with forts attached to it at intervals) that runs across the Andes for hundreds of miles. In 1931 the first aerial survey was done. It was 12-13 ft thick and 12-15 feet high.
