Russia is not good at fighting this sort of “war”, insurgence, or whatever you want to call it; don’t think anyone is good at it. Russia is used to bombing the crap out of areas & getting 'er done, which is why all this has tarried so long.

Yep, nothing new under the sun, if Russia can’t have the Ukraine than they will make sure that nobody will. Who would want to invest in pile of rubble.?
