This is an assault gas stove. Notice the LARGE knobs for extra GRIP. All black for tactical advantage. MULTIPLE burners that will leak DEADLY gas. No one NEEDS a stove with this many burners to cook multiple things at once.

I haven’t heard the whole story about this, is someone trying to put a ban on both commercial and residential gas stoves or just residential?
Commercial stoves usually have pilot lights that are always lit, and professionally installed ventilation and fire suppression systems, at-home gas stoves can be a higher risk of health hazards but I don’t believe bans are the answer as the cartoonist there has illustrated so well.
