There is another issue, and possibly an even deeper one operating for this issue, which is a symptom of cultural decay and corruption.
It is also an issue which will likley remain even beyond any approaching complete deportation/remigration (or deplantation which it is termed locally).
It is the cultural damage, injury to the national psyche/identity which remains because of the embeddnedness of the corruption which accompanies the plantation. It is one experienced a century ago in my own country and that damage remains until today, never really having been diagnosed fully or in depth nor even addressed. Perhaps the skills, theoretical frameworks and competences were absent but no matter the outcome remains.
An interesting post which popped today, points to the mountain of cultural restoration which must be scaled even after a deplantion is completed.
