To take it one step further with Miki, listen to this interview from 10 months ago as she explained how a group of women out of Arizona initiated the demand to remove the mask requirement by challenging the legitimacy of the municipal governments and the courts. Fascinating and very educational for all of us under maritime law (this includes US, Canada, UK, Australia…)

It is not about the Constitution, it is about the LAW. Maritime law is actually BRITISH and run by the BAR (British Accreditation Registry), ie foreign entities in the US but the same legalese in UK, Australia, etc.
