Here are the patent numbers for some DEW revealing some of the capabilities.
There are some truly frightening implications with some of these.
Well ;all of them, but some more then others.

I also remembered Catherine Austin Fitts talking about overhearing two people talking about TV not being good for you and this being the reason she doesn’t watch TV anymore when I saw this:
