Geez, what a load of mind altering headlines. I used to think the sensational newspaper, National Enquirer, was a hoot. Current news feeds are direct competitors. :face_with_hand_over_mouth:

National enquirer headlines everywhere you look, direct to vhs and TV movies doesn’t exist any more now it’s Netflix and Amazon’s prime time content. All that glitters is not gold (and it’s probably a psyop)

on the ‘everything is ****’ article, lots of vids on Youtube about design issues with new cars (ex: they run on 0 weight motor oil…almost as thin as water to eek out that last tiny little bit of mileage) and also the quality of repair parts (bad) chasing mechanics out of the industry (re-work due to bad repair parts costs them too much money).

Many are beginning to buy older simple cars from the seventies and eighties that are repairable with commonly available parts. Personally I feel no pride or ego boost in driving a new car that has so many gee-gaws I am assaulted with useless data.
