The (bad) reasoning goes something like this. Look Walz is gone therefore the the fraud has stopped and everything is fine. Nothing to see here time to move on. Has anyone seen any investigation of any possible connection between all of this Somalisota fraud and the killing of Minnesota state representative Melissa Hortman and her husband? Google says that,
"There is no evidence that former Minnesota House Speaker Emerita Melissa Hortman was connected to the Minnesota fraud scandal. But that is not the question: The question is has anyone looked for any evidence connecting the two events.

Yet another argument for term limits. When you have that much time …

… No criminals will be scooped up. We are fortunate that most just simply exit the stage. more or less quietly with their millions. Experience shows that is usually the best for which we can hope. They have learned from past cases where someone was actually punished how not to anger the wrong people or anger them to the point where they will actually serve time or have assets confiscated (other than through their legal fees). This is a club to which you and I do NOT belong.

Yep, that’s where I encountered the “mad scientists” out to rule the world…little did I know it was predictive programming. I just thought they were cartoon characters. :joy:
