Some highlights:

2 months before fire, the emergency response for fires was “cancelled”. It was a very capable team.

The reservoir “required” for fighting wildfires was emptied a month before the fires. Cover story “maintenance”.

If a person needs rescuing by a fire fighter, it isn’t going to happen… they brought it on themselves.

If you don’t like riding in a fire truck, you can drive your Prius and lead the way (to get instagram pics as a firefighter). OK, I sort of half way made this one up : )
