Despite claims to debunk this with video footage showing the swearing in of oaths of office, there is not written proof in many respects. A signature to an affidavit is required in many instances to make it legally binding. Of course, they may have already pledged allegiance to a foreign power and signed a document to that effect, making them unable to sign anything that would confirm their allegiance to the USA.

Yeah, not everybody is an actor. Now we have the term LARP or lifetime actor role player. Much of our Congress comes from the American aristocracy that can trace their roots to British peerage. Originally, they had a different clause in the Amendments that prohibited titles of nobility, but this also prohibited lawyers and judges from serving in Congress because they would swear allegiance in the BAR (British) and by extension, to the Crown. This was not well known and supposedly one of the reasons for burning down the capitol building twice (1812) by the British was to erase from history the original wording to this. Legalese was made as a secret language to twist the law and made those with wealth and power under the crown able to break it with impunity. This is as it was in the feudal system with the maritime law that Traficant speaks of, the law of contracts and corporations. Common law is the law of the land and is why the bible figures so prominently in the Declaration of Independence and everything that followed.
Indentured servants were essentially slaves and is why Scots would not become one. Look at what the Irish were subjected to in America and you see a reflection of the oppression that London hoisted upon them in the old world. The Crown is still very much in control with almost every US president not only of peerage but related to each other, tracing back at least to John of Gaunt. This was pointed out by a 14 yr. old girl for her class assignment and posted on youtube.

So basically you are saying that the USA is still a feudal society. Subject to the Crown, and those Maritime and Common law.But not real democractic society.That is, what is called American democracy is just a puppet theater, or a facade,ilusion of democracy.For the uninformed and naive to believe that they live in a real democracy, while in fact they are slaves to a few powerful and rich families, ie feudal lords.And all this is sold all over the world as the ultimate achievement of democracy.Basically a copy of the United Kingdom. But without the image of the king/queen on the banknotes.

You will notice that the only real monarchy that is not just titular, but acting with real political power is in England. The Emperor of Japan was the last rival, supposedly. This goes back to the “Divine Right of Kings” concept that had royals try to trace their lineage back to Jesus Christ. The Roman senate for a time would do the same thing but portray themselves as decedents of the Apostles.
The time of Charlemagne would see the change with the Holy Roman Empire, from rule through usurpation of the throne (Klingons in Star Trek) to the concept of being a superior spiritual being with direct connection to God, the only other who could speak directly to God being the Pope. Charlemagne’s wife was Christian, as well as Merovingian, and he was tricked into the whole thing when she convinced him to attend Christmas Mass where the pope crept up behind the kneeling King with the sword and crowned him Emperor of the Holy Roman Empire with it on either shoulder as one would a knight. The book “HIstory of the Franks” is still used in classrooms and when I read it, “Game of Thrones” was popular on cable TV, so that people would ask me about it when out reading. Subterfuge, poisoning and back stabbing were not just in the playbook of the black hand of the bankers back in Italy. France, at that time, was the new battle ground of Europe when the church looked like it might die off, it being extremely unpopular in Italy that never was a part of the Holy Roman Empire. The Vatican still uses the Swiss Guard as the old ties to that Templar stronghold run deep.

I see.But i thought this lineage goes even further back in time.To the times of king David and king Solomon.Wasn’t Jesus Christ claiming at that time that he is direct descendant from the lineage of king David himself?Or that is manipulated and corrupted knowledge over time?
I should have been more clear. From what I understand, Jesus was of the House of David that allowed him to vie for kingship, but you are correct. They ultimately have to be of the House of David to claim this right. The Merovingian Dynasty traced their lineage to Jesus supposedly, making that line a target for rivals and others, but was continued on in the subsequent Carolingian Dynasty. All of that lineage would be secret and their is much debate but some time ago I read “Holy Blood, Holy Grail” that some people find suspicious. This is not my wheelhouse and I only read it because I was interested in King Arthur literature. Reading the controversial Laurence Gardner can be interesting, but that lead to the fictional “Davinci Code” with its inherent fallacies.

As I suggested, you can form a PRIVATE TRUST, recognize the fraud perpetrated on your mother when she signed the birth certificate (fraud vitiates EVERYTHING) so you can publicly (must publish it somewhere) announce that you are rejecting the maritime jurisdiction and explain the details about your change back into 1933 American status. Yes, natural law. As long as you do not hurt someone or their “things” WITH INTENT, then you are to be left alone.
