here in hungary psychotronics is not an uncharted territory, although closely guarded. one thing and two stories came to my mind.
the thing? building hive-blocks out of concrete according to psychotronic measures all across the whole soviet ‘block’. hate your neighbour and every stair-well had its ‘canary’ who held the keys to the garbage, to the basement and the flat-roof, which r now full of 1-5g transmitters/antennas, engineered psychotronically as well.
First story: in psychotronic circles it was common knowledge that Bobby Fischer was attacked during the Spassky match several times.
Second: a novice psychotronic joked about ‘sending shyte to satan in lightmail’ (u can send anything in lightmail). and the guy got a really big accident in 2 days.
thats what came to mind from what i heard.
