Transhumanism: The Dominant Ideology Of The Fourth Industrial Revolution

TRANSHUMANISM: THE DOMINANT IDEOLOGY OF THE FOURTH INDUSTRIAL REVOLUTION

In recent years, transhumanism has become markedly politicized, invigorated by the arrival of the first political parties on a mission to influence decision-making and political agendas. In the United States, the Transhumanist Party fielded a candidate, Zoltan Istvan, in the 2016 presidential election. The United Kingdom has a party of the same name, while Germany has the Transhumane Partei. Next came private universities entirely devoted to the transhumanist cause—Google’s Singularity University was founded in California in 2008, and the camp near Aixen-Provence opened its doors in late 2017—and various private institutes and foundations, including the XPRIZE Foundation and the Institute for Ethics and Emerging Technologies. Numerous civil society groups also sprang up around the world.

Years ago I came across the Mormon Transhumanist Association which advocates the ethical use of technology as a means of achieving highest human/spiritual potential. Membership has grown and they now have conventions. These Christian transhumanists promote the ethical use of technology as a means of spritual growth and freedom, whereas today’s technocrats are wont to use it for domination and enslavement. @Margaret-W
So many people see this kind of technologies as a neutral thing that can be used for good and or bad.
Just like a knife can be used to spread butter onto bread or to kill someone.

For me, once you infuse data into materials it ain’t neutral anymore nor does humanity knows what the end result will be! The problem is they pretend they have thru media - sf movies - one sided documentairies ect. The majority is drunk on the cool-aid but it is never discussed in a real sense before we started on those projects. Sadly that goes for any projects conjured up!

The magicians are set loose upon the earth and dammed the consequences and most don’t even see it as a problem and deny it is so.

I can’t remember seeing much positive use of technology in media presentations. Wonder why technology is mostly viewed in a negative light?

well, that is wierdo! Mormon Transhumanist Association. that sends shiver down my spine. these people really believe that technology helps them in spiritual matters?! “The body is spirit as well, just have to recognize it!” - sufi saying.
these infernal powers drive people not to surpass their faulty habits and mistaken identities, but to bypass them, creating rationalist monsters out of false ‘necessity’.
“we are too many to cohabit the earth.” “useless eaters they are” - we hear.
this is what Steiner calls the Ahrimanic influence, as DJ elaborated it several times. the AI-Paradise, which is a neatly designed prison of virtual life.

Remember the founder Joseph Smith was affiliated with the Masons.
